1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to mu33, Malaysia's leading online entertainment platform. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mu33 platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other medium we provide — you hereby agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mu33 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the mu33 platform and are required to cease use immediately.

This document should be read together with the mu33 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines, both of which are available on this website. All three documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and mu33.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mu33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of platform use.
• You must be an individual acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where participation in online entertainment activities offered by mu33 is prohibited.
• You provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and throughout the identity verification (KYC) process.
• You have never had a mu33 account terminated due to fraud, misconduct, or a prior breach of these terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mu33 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances. An identity verification (KYC) process will be conducted to confirm a player's identity before any withdrawal is approved.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for keeping your mu33 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. mu33 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login details to a third party.

You must immediately notify the mu33 support team if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

• Your password should be changed regularly and must never be shared with anyone.
• Mu33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• Personal details such as your email address and mobile number must be kept up to date at all times.
• Your mu33 account is strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder and is non-transferable.
• Mu33 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for security review purposes without prior notice.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. Account holders will be notified via their registered email before any charges are applied.

4 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Mu33 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds secure.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• Your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit for security purposes.
• Mu33 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify identity before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
• All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to an account registered under the same name as your mu33 account.

Mu33 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or payment service provider may impose additional charges that are beyond mu33's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Mu33 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on each respective promotional offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new account.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Mu33 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through unauthorised or fraudulent means.
• Different games may contribute at varying rates toward bonus wagering requirements.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple account registrations, matched betting, or any method deemed as bonus abuse by mu33 will result in cancellation of all related bonuses and may lead to account closure.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the mu33 platform are conducted in accordance with the rules established for each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• All games use an independently certified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Mu33 reserves the right to cancel any game round in the event of a technical disruption or system failure that compromises game integrity.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game will be displayed before the game begins.
• Players are not permitted to use any unauthorized automation software, bots, or assistive tools while playing.

For Live Casino games, all decisions made by the dealer are final unless a clear procedural error has occurred. Recordings of all Live Casino sessions are retained and may be referenced in the event of any dispute.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your mu33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account closure is processed.

Mu33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Responsible gaming protection requirements upon request by the player or a trusted source.

If your account is closed at your own request or for reasons other than fraud, any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

9 mu33 Liability Limits

• Mu33 is not liable for any financial losses caused by technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or device issues on the player's end.
• Mu33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Mu33's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Mu33 is not responsible for any personal financial decisions made based on information available on the platform.

12 Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which mu33 is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court of appropriate jurisdiction, at mu33's discretion. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed from this document and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.
